Hey, I’m Shai
As a Fulfilment Coach and NLP Practitioner, I work with young professional women guiding them to embody their true self so that they can shift from fearful to fulfilled.
My philosophy for achieving success for my clients is simple – if you believe you deserve more I can help you get it.
Although I am a London based life coach my clients come to me from across the UK – and indeed the world! – as most of my coaching is conducted on the phone.
You’ve nothing to lose except your current dissatisfaction.
Each coaching session may be different depending on your goals and needs. At first, we’ll discuss what you want to accomplish through working together and lay out a plan on how to achieve your goals. Occasionally, I’ll also give you assignments to help you direct your progress. We’ll work together to discover what obstacles are in your way and figure out how to overcome them. With each session, we’ll revisit your goals and see what steps are needed to achieve them.
It's important to always keep in mind that coaching is different than therapy in that its focus is not in overcoming your psychological challenges. The purpose of coaching is to help you identify your goals and achieve them. With coaching, very little emphasis is placed on the past. Instead, our focus is on creating the life that you want now and in the future.

“Coaching sessions with Shaista started at a crucial time in my life where I was pursuing my master’s degree and planning a wedding in a different country. With so much going on, I was finding it difficult to have a balanced life and do things for myself like stay healthy, go to the gym and have a social life. Each coaching session allowed me to work on one issue at a time and I was able to balance out all the tasks I needed. She showed me how to prioritise various tasks and ensure I put in time for myself to grow and do the things I wanted to rather than had to do. Although I have now completed coaching sessions with her, I still use the many skills she taught me to use- one very crucial one was the use of setting my own deadlines and making a task list. This has helped me in ensuring things are done on time and doesn’t overwhelm me or leave me having to sacrifice something I want to do. The greatest thing about coaching sessions was the flexibility. Living in London can sometimes be crazy, but Shaista was always so flexible and would be happy to meet anywhere convenient for me and was always happy to do over-the-phone sessions. “Coaching provided accountability and a sense that goals that seemed abstract or far-fetched were actually achievable when broken down into small parts. The first of the goals we set out to achieve was to establish a bedtime routine; whereby I was hoping that I could re-gain a sense of happiness from reading religious literature before bed. Shaista helped me to realize that this routine could be established by breaking things down into small bite-size achievable steps. Another goal that I was hoping to achieve was to reduce my morning anxiety. The coaching session provided me with strategies to reduce the anxiety felt in the morning. Bringing conscious awareness to the thoughts experienced when feeling that way was something that I found helpful. Other ways of reducing the anxiety which we spoke about, which have helped include the 5 second rule and also establishing a morning routine. These strategies have been quite helpful and I find myself being more consciously aware when in an anxious state- something I was not previously attuned to before our sessions.” - AR
